Gungahick's Journal, 17 October 2016

I have had family in, and so have basically been eating out for the last 10 days. I have been staying strict to the low carb but not to the calorie limit. I've also been walking a lot to compensate. I am back on plan as of today, so we will see what Thursday weigh in brings.

Diet Calendar Entry for 17 October 2016:

My in laws are coming tomorrow and starting for a week so I'll be in a similar situation.

Good trying to stay on the low carb at least. That should help and definitely the walking a lot will help. I find exercise is a key component on this journey

As long as the carbs are low, the exercise will offset the calories. Good going!
