Well I knew after that spectacular start last week that my body would rebel and hold onto everything this week. I'm just amazed to have recorded any sort of loss so I'll take it. Hopefully things will equalize and the loss will be better in the coming week. I had a cravings crisis twice during the week that I managed to weather, but I have been thinking of adding a 'cheat' day once a week to just eat things I have craved that are not part of my plan. I'm thinking it will forestall any of those massive binges I sometimes wind up going on where I eat every single thing I've been denying myself all at once and for days in a row. Haven't quite decided on that though. I'll think about it this week and see how I do. Perhaps I won't add it as a regular thing, just an occasional one when things start getting rough. Having that day to look forward to might be just the answer to avoiding those times. Hope all are doing well in their endeavors.

Most diets do that to us; a spectacular start followed by slower results. But don't let it discourage you; you'll make slower, but steady progress. Hang in there!

You could try Intermittent Fasting to offset your 'cheat' day. I love all the benefits that IF gives me.
