on Friday I started the Slim Fast diet 2 shakes a day, 1 meal, and 3 snacks...I hope this weight today is true, cause it makes me feel good to see the numbers go down
140.2 lb Lost so far: 11.8 lb.    Still to go: 20.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you. I am praying I can keep it off... I get very weak when I get hungry.

I believe, that when hunger pangs are a sign of true fat burning and loss. Hang in there, and you will be happy with your results.

Try the Super Shred Diet! I lost 14lbs in 4 weeks and I never felt hungry
