Starting a new diet. Had good success with keto diet last year and early this year. Over this past summer I had a few too many BBQ feasts. Restarting keto as of today.

Diet Calendar Entry for 14 October 2016:
1408 kcal Fat: 51.19g | Prot: 61.15g | Carb: 188.23g.   Breakfast: Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Coffee-Mate Sugar Free Italian Sweet Creme Coffee Creamer, Better Oats Oat Fit - Maple & Brown Sugar. Lunch: Pero Family Farms Mini Sweet Peppers, Saltine Crackers, betterMD Creamy Tomato Soup. Dinner: Land O'Lakes Light Butter with Canola Oil, Aunt Millie's 35 Calorie Oatmeal Bread, Shrimp Fried Rice, Cashew Chicken. Snacks/Other: Fiber One 90 Calorie Lemon Bar, Kellogg's Special K Pastry Crisps - Brown Sugar Cinnamon. more...

Peterpahl, I want to encourage to eat BBQ. It's not bad. With all food, it's about control and portioning. When I first started on my journey, i had to take away my favorite foods, and the the most unhealthiest. This allowed me to gain control my intake and listen to my body tell me i'm full. Before my sick thinking took over, and I just stuff myself. I call it mindless eating. Remember, you should never be hungry! Breakfast, Snack (nuts, etc>), Lunch, Snack, and Dinner. In order to lose weight, you have to eat you recommended caloric intake. This off course are lots of greens, lean meat, and or Vega.com food supplement. Stay on that track and then every two weeks or once a month, by something you like, eat half or split with a friend. This will you not crave, and when you do get you don't send yourself on a course of self sabotage. I just happen to see this post. I am just like you, but today I living the healthiest life style. I lost 26 lbs. and 25 more to go. I don't crave anymore for the bad stuff, and super discipline when it comes to working out. I work out 5 days a week and take two days off. the days I don't work out, I eat my leanest.
