it feels so good to see the scale going down. I feel thinner too, clothes are fitting better. I've been exercising daily doing pilates with 1 rest day, only missing one day for 3 weeks now. I decided if I was going to do it, it has to be a priority. So no matter whays going on, about 4 when the baby has hopefully decided to nap, it's time to exercise, then I can make dinner. It's working, and I love it. I am stronger again already, and more flexible.

I've spent the a lot of time in prayer over my issues with eating, and God has really been revealing to me my issues as well as why it is so important to take care of my body. I feel renewed. Last time I lost lots of weight food was an obsession! I spent so much time thinking about it. Right now it's only in thought when it comes to what to make for dinner. It's so freeing. I still don't do perfectly, yesterday I ate far too much, I was exhausted after too many nights of bad sleep, and I realize that's a trigger I have to be careful of. And be really strict with myself those days.

194.5 lb Lost so far: 36.5 lb.    Still to go: 29.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's hard to stay on program when you're not sleeping. I'm doing well with supplements that help with sleeping.

Beautiful post. I'm finding that good nutrition leads to smarter choices. I suspect that sleep is the primary factor, after nutrition for success. Happy Sunday, go with God.

Thank you all! I find eating healthier, and less, but eating when I need to (not waiting till Im dying) makes me feel better all around, less irritable, less fruatratwd, and more joyful, along with exercise which is a huge boost! Erika what supplement do you use? My sleepless nights are usually baby induced though lol. But there are those nights where I just can't sleep too.
