Back at work once again and weighing on my baseline scale. First weigh in yesterday was at 226.4 but that was mid day. I usually weigh in the morning. This morning it was 224.6. More in line with what I expected. Still creeping down ever so slowly. Not really trying to loose any more so much as working toward maintenance. Still want to reach my goal of 220 though.
