100 pushups...wow!. All at once? I can't do 20.
just remember don't overdo it. Stay healthy. It's more important to exercise a little everyday than to exercise a lot and get hurt and get discouraged.

look up the hundred pushups challenge. It is a 7 week program where you build up by doing smaller sets 3 days a week. You can start from any level. The first time i did it it took me about 10 weeks to work my way up
