Doing better with the types of food I eat, but still eating too many calories for the weight loss that I'd like to see. But I get SO hungry. I'm doing much better with water, but the late afternoon/evening times are just awful for hungry cravings.
173.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Nice job with water intake! Drinking water every day is essential to almost every organ in the body. Water flushes out toxins, carries nutrients to cells and regulates body functions. Since the hunger mechanism is stronger than thirst, keeping hydrated will eliminate a false feeling of hunger.
