I found Lily's low carb chocolate at Publix today. It's pretty good by itself, but was delish with macadamia nuts! I have been Jonesin' for some sweets and ordered stuff to make some LC deserts from Amazon. Lily's will tide me over. It was expensive!

Here's an easy treat to make and when it sets and time to eat it you can have 1 or 2 1 inch squares and each square has just 3 carbs: Low-Carb Chocolate and Peanut Butter Squares 4 oz (100 g) Dark Chocolate (Minimum 70% Cocoa Solids) I use Lindt 85% 4 Tbsp Butter (Unsalted) or Virgin Coconut Oil I use 1/2 & 1/2 1 Pinch of Salt 2 oz Creamy Peanut Butter (Orgnaic low carb if you can find it) 1/2 Tsp Vanilla 1 Tsp Flavour of your choice (I use fine ground expresso beans) 1/4 Cup Chopped Walnuts or Peanuts 1. 1Melt the chocolate and the butter or coconut oil in the microwave oven or in a double boiler. If you don’t have a double boiler you can put a glass bowl on top of a pot of steaming water. Make sure that the water doesn’t reach the bowl. The chocolate will melt from the heat of the steam. Mix in all other ingredients and pour the batter into a greased baking dish lined with parchment paper (no bigger than 4 x 6 inches). 2. Let cool for a while and top with finely chopped walnuts or peanuts if you want. Let cool completely in the refrigerator. 3. When the batter is set, cut into squares with a sharp knife, no more than 1 x 1 inches. Store in the refrigerator of freezer This is truly yummy and very satisfying to any sweet tooth hound on LCHF!
