I am currently on a roll now. I have been consistent with my walking routine I realized I am not a morning workout kind of girl so I do evening walks. I wonder why it took me so long to have this aha moment but better late than never.
166.0 lb Lost so far: 70.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week
