Milestone today: Below 200 pounds! That's 10 pounds lost so far in about a month. Not bad with only 3 days of exercise, and never feeling hungry - not once. I miss sweets a little, so I bought some Swerve and going to try to make pumpkin tiramisu and some other deserts. It seems like Swerve has more carbs than stevia, but I'm not sure if I'm supposed to count them differently. On the website All Day I Dream About Food (great recipes!!!), the author makes the following statement: "I remove erythritol from the final carb count and net carb count, as it does not affect my own blood glucose levels." Does anyone have any info on how to treat erythritol in your carb count? I also want to try to make Soul Bread. Has anyone tried this? It looks like a great low carb bread.
199.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
