For the most part I try to be very positive. Unless it's a super close friend or my spouse I tend to not complain. Even on FB with friends, I am positive minded and refuse to complain. That being said... this forum and my journal entries on this site are going to be different. I'm going to say what is on my mind and what's happening with me, without fear of reprisal. Good Heavens, it has been a trying week! Having issues with my 9 yr old son. He has been overly emotional, argumentative (more than usual) and causing issues in class. I have tried to be very focused on my "new me" way of eating this week, but goodness it has been rough! There were several times where I thought.... I need some chips, or some candy. I need to stuff something in my mouth and be in control! Well, I'm happy to say I didn't cave. Unfortunately this morning was another rough one. I know that this too shall past... Tonight things are good around the house and my kid is calm and spending time with mom and dad throwing the football on a beautiful fall day. I enjoyed one glass of red wine tonight! 123 calories! woop woop Happy Weekend!
