I am really disappointed that I only lost 3 pounds in the last 10 days. I have been writing everything down my fatsecret log and have been under the amount of calories that I am allotted each day. this is very depressing because I would lost at least 6 pounds but Maybe I am not something right. I need to start working out but I am so lost that actually I do not no where to begin! no I did not put this weight on overnight and I can't lose it over night but as anyone that has been overweight Lowe's that putting on the weight is easy. I am just going to try to keep it up and tweak some things that I may be doing wrong.
417.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 142.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
