I told myself not to get discouraged by lack of progress and to continue eating well and I'm glad I actually listened to myself for once. It's not huge, but every bit counts.
158.2 lb Lost so far: 7.8 lb.    Still to go: 33.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
