Not sure why I gained 2 pounds. I feel bloated. So I am lowering my calorie consumption, drinking more water and adding 2 days to my exercise program. I know I have been slacking in the exercise department and only doing Orangetheory 2 x a week but I must get out of my warm and comfy bed in the mornings to go workout.
