Woke at 215.8, up .6 from yesterday. Targeting 2190 calories today. UPDATE: Went for my med drip and then weighed in at 1 pm when I got back. Got a 214.6. So not back into the blue this week and with the meds, no doubt I'll gain a few pounds over the next few days that I will have to lose. But tomorrow is the last trip. That will coincide nicely with my stricter carb counting in October (but 125 more calories per day). UPDATE: Went out to eat for a school fund raiser at Silver Diner. Had their chicken/bacon/avocado chopped Cobb salad with only vinegar. Ate some healthy fat in pistachios and cream cheese later for a full day of calories. Tomorrow is a 600 calorie IF day.

Small up is not bad at all. Way to go! I think I need to rejoin the low carb mission. I've been eating rice and I had a bowl of cereal for the first time in a long while. It's time to focus. Weekend reset sounds great.

Glad you are able to manage the impact better. But soon to be free of the meds. Cereal is one of my gateway foods. It doesn't help that I enjoy ice along with milk and cereal and I glanced at ice cream last night.
