I have had an upset stomach all day. I didn't feel like my lunch. The only thing that sounded edible was toast or crackers. So I got toast for lunch. It actually shaved off a few carbs. I'm a little surprised at that. Oh well. I am still way over 100 carbs. But if I don't feel well and not like I want my dinner, I may end up eating plain eggs and that will drop my carbs. I should probably do that anyway. I don't think the spinach dip I ate agreed with me.
