Well, a happy hump day to our community. Suddenly, as we are about to sign, my wife is fighting the loan. It doesn't matter, that I pay it. I don't have to convince anyone here, of the lifestyle described. It is plainly obvious to everyone except for one. My loan guy has to laugh. He sounds like a middle school teacher on the first day of school. lol Have a great day, everyone. Golf and entertainment, here.

Trying to go from a 15 to a 30, and pay off cards. Better all the way around. The loan guy says, this is a no brainer. He has one question. Why over 30k in credit cards in just over one year?

One problem, is we have almost no family. So the house is a non factor to give to anyone. We also have a lot equity.

ya those credit cards are really high interest and home loans still pretty low , but that may not last for long.
