im really excited today! I finally connected with some like minded individuals at work. We are doing a "no bread" challenge for a week and i suggested we get journals and share are food diary after a week to hold each other accountable. There is maybe 3 or 4 of us. Anyway, Im looking forward to it. And at it again for a gym quickie before work since Im meeting my bestie tonight for some treadmill time.. The old me is creeping out slowly just in time for holiday season !
