Well, this is good, but not exactly what I was looking for, I was hoping to slow down the losses to about a pound a week. Increased calories, carbs and fiber. Probably just need to give it time!

Funny thing is, when I was doing the listening to my body thing, that is the pattern that emerged in my food diary so I simply incorporated it into my routine. I also noticed that my dog eats that way, she won't touch her food one day, the next day she eats everything in sight. Now I'm not eating everything in sight but I am eating 150+ more calories per day, most of it in veggies, 1 every other day fruit and fiber supplements and seeds, walnuts. So I do get very full on the eating days.

Steven, I have not taken my measurements in months, I loaned out my sewing machine and all the sewing goodies along with it and my measuring tape went with it, I need to go collect it but have not had the time here lately.
