Back to daily check ins, although I might lazy out of calorie counting and the food diary part but no pressure, one step at a time. Forcing myself to fill in every aspect turns me off altogether so I'm learning to take it easy and not pressure myself into anything to achieve the best result. The result doesn't necessarily have to be computable, it can simply be logging into my account everyday for a daily weigh in.

Have to say that the last time I weighed in on here I was almost ten kilos more, so pat on the shoulder for that. Have ten kilos to go, or so I think..I shall do this! Tis the time!

I'm also heading to the gym today after a 6 month long disappearance act. Need to form the habit of going to the gym three times per week even if I don't work out. At least go, and eventually I will realise that I have no time to waste and get my ass to work once there. It's all about tricking the mind I suppose. Or encouraging the mind?
