Ok, for kicks I weighed myself just now. 163. I have fasted now for 23 hours. Which brings me this question. Does eating nothing but fats stop autophagy? Some say ingesting any calories will stop it. Others say if it does not raise your insulin it doesn't stop it. My understanding is that fats have no insulin raising properties. I have never fasted for 24 hrs. That is what I am shooting for. Depending when my hubby gets home, it could be longer. So, any info in this would be much appreciated. Dr. Fung in response to a post on his site said, there is no fail. If it works for you good, if not then change some things. I like that. I want it to work first time so trying to understand it all.
