Sneaking back up in weight now. The problem is I have been hitting the weights pretty hard, Consuming Lots of Protein rich foods and lots of fluids, along with some supplements designed to increase muscle mass. It's not a problem really, it's just that my success was so easily determined by my weight going down before I started this that it is hard now to see the success as easily. My pants still fit and I can see some slight increases in shoulder mass (very slight). I think i will be happy if I can get some good shoulder definition and some roundness to the shoulder, as I have never had that and I am not genetically gifted in the shoulder department. AH Heck I would be glad if I could just stop looking like Patrick Starr from spongebob (he needs a bit of shoulder work)
