day 3 of no soda/energy drinks, just pure tea unsweetened lemon and water. and trying to stay away from candy, but not doing too good on the candy part, candy corn is my kryptonite
200.6 lb Lost so far: 75.4 lb.    Still to go: 0.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
