Glad to be headed in the right direction again. What a difference writing down what I eat makes.
234.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 74.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Makes all the difference, log it all, you will have wonderful notes to look back on to see what works and what does not.
