May hit 180 soon.
Breakfast was a bagel along with spinach, beefsteak and veggies.

Exercycle results.

Dinner was some sort of spaghetti with Mexican cheese grated over it. No sauce but plenty of ground beef, olives etc. Very tasty. Technicslly, s stew poured over pasta?

181.6 lb Lost so far: 27.4 lb.    Still to go: 1.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.2 lb a week
