Happy Monday buddies!
It's very fall-like here this morning with temps around 55..nice!
I did a cardio DVD with hand weights when I got up this morning, and will go to Curves after work. I may be able to do a Barre video when I get home also. I love that for toning. There are some Pure Barre classes near my office, and I'm seriously considering joining.
I've brought a large kale salad for lunch, and apples for snacks. That will probably put me really low in calories again, so will have to add more for dinner. I think I finished yesterday at under 500 calories, and am on track to do the same..or even less...today.
