R3P2 - VLCD #49 - approximately It turns out that all the Stevia I was taking in my drinks and desserts was keeping out of Ketosis. How I did not see this obvious thing I don't really know but in any case I have removed since today both Stevia and fruits for now. Until my Ketosis gets back in a normal range and I can see the scale going down, also all the apples I had last week gave me so much cravings that I could not put up with it anymore, so I had to give up fruits as well. Let's see if I can see more consistent results. I didn't feel weighting myself yesterday and tomorrow....too afraid on seeing a bad number on the scale. I'll try tomorrow or the day after, checking also the Ketones levels. Yesterday I did twice, for the first time, an amazing asparagus soup, it was absolutely delicious! I added a spoon of sour cream and for the evening I had it with shrimps, it was so good that I can wait today to go home and do it again! Since the weather is changing a warm soup is perfect for me, I love soups anyway and if they're creamy...even more. Happy fat releases everyone!
