XFit Chic's Journal, 25 September 2016

I am starting over AGAIN. Everytime I start over, I say the same things. It's going to be different this time. I can do this. And everytime, it lasts two or three weeks and I'm back to emotional or binge eating undoing all the good progress I've made. I'm tired of feeling like I'm on a hamster wheel of yo-yo dieting! I have concrete goals for the next 46 days which is when we leave for a wedding in NY. I don't want to be this weight for the wedding. We are also going on a cruise a month after a get back from the wedding. I don't want to go on the cruise being this weight either. I want to feel comfortable in a bathing suit and I want to take pictures with my kids without being so self-critical. I will weigh-in first thing in the morning and not look back until I can cross off day 46 with the sharpie! I not only want to hit my goal of losing 30 pounds but I want to surpass it!

Good quote: Never quit quiting (the good stuff) My saving grace has been swimming, but have also started in a gym with rehab exercises. Some hotels offer during the day during the week... for $3.00 - $4.00 if your interested.... Not wishing you luck.. I know you can do it.. Just remember not to avoid meal,, EAT sensibly.. starvation will cause fat to store. :-)
