Yahoo! Green arrow, even though this weekend was not very good, diet wise. Went to Little Theatre performance Friday and was really good at dinner beforehand, but shared an ice cream dessert afterwards. And Saturday, we went to a fund-raising spaghetti dinner -- oh, no!! (lol) This was an event that MH always supported, and I have continued in his honor. I did have a controlled portion and it is the first pasta I've had since I started this journey in April -- and I must say I enjoyed it!! I'm not considering it a slip, or even a cheat meal since I recognize that there are going to be times when you cannot control what is served, but you can control the amount you eat! Of course my carb numbers were higher than normal, but still under 100, and I won't do that again for quite some time! Now, on to better choices this week -- it will help greatly that my "eating out after church" friends will be out-of-town this week!!
137.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
