learning more about keto lifestyle . having a slow steady weight loss is good and encouraging. intermittent fasting is becoming easier also. this is the most weight i have ever lost at one time in all my life of dieting
175.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week
