yay! Continuous movement in the right direction!
238.6 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 108.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

On the days it says I ate less than 400cal, I did. I write down everything that I eat.

That takes an incredible amount of discipline IMO. Boggles my mind. I am happy for you that you are losing.

I am happy for you too. Are you using IF on those days? Please keep your health in mind and make sure you stay nourished. Any thing under 400 calories in my diary means i forgot to finish for the day.
