Time2FixMe's Journal, 23 September 2016

Overall, it's been a good week. Surprisingly I'm not having any cravings. I've been logging my food a day in advance to take out the guesswork when things get hectic. I have been going to bed a bit hungry but that's probably due to the fact that I've been staying up a little later than normal. By morning I'm not hungry at all.

After only a couple of weeks I feel like I'm almost in a place where I want to add in exercise. Orange Theory Fitness is getting ready to open here and they are offering special introductory pricing. I like the thought of having a set commitment each week as I've been looking for opportunities to get out of the house since I work from home. I'm concerned that I won't be able to keep up with the class fitness-wise and it is expensive. Does anyone have any perspective/feedback on this?

I'm nervous to stay at my parent's this weekend. I'll take my own breakfast and will have to mow so that will count for something. I've already been planning for a cheat meal so we'll see how it goes. This is the first true test. Wish me luck!

Awesome job on your commitment and planning ahead. What kind of class are you thinking about taking? I started doing weight training 3 weeks ago and it was the best decision!

I have been going to Orange Theory Fitness for three years! I LOVE it and have built muscle and lost fat! I never did as well in the past with other programs. Definitely try Orange Theory Fitness because they will help you work at your own pace and progress slowly. You can purchase classes in a bundle, or pay monthly. They have different plans based on how often you want to attend classes. Go for the Introductory price. I believe you will not regret joining.

Thanks HCB! I'm going to listen to what they have to say later this week. I love the accountability and circuit aspect of it. Do you have to attend the same session (time) each week or is it flexible?

Just a note people exercise if that is what you like to do not what you feel you have to do. I am telling you on DietDoctor.com if you follow the plan to the letter you are never hungry and the plan actually revs up your metabolism by approximately 300 calories a day sitting on your butt. So the way I see it even if you worked out 4 one hour sessions on the exercise of your choice in any given week you cannot rev your calorie burn by much more than 350 per workout. See Dr. Andreas about his workout routine and he will tell you he works out about 5 minutes a month. Get back to eating REAL FOOD stop eating anything that has additives and become a label reader and not for the calories on the label but you want to know two things 1. How few carbs am I eating and 2. The less ingredients the better it is for you. Make butter your best friend, eat plenty of cold pressed good fats like Coconut Oil, Olive Oil, Hemp Oil and did I say BUTTER. And if you still have Iodized Salt in your house throw it out the window and run to the store and buy Himalayan Pink Sea Salt (any grade) then look up on YouTube.com Sole' what is it and how to make it and enjoy it daily the health benefits are amazing! Oh and once you are well on your way to losing weight and getting healthy I will give you my address so you can send me just half your monthly Gym Membership and we both become winners.
