It was looking dicey yesterday. After costing up what I planned to eat and realising that I was going to go over my calorie allocation, I changed my plans. Unfortunately, this also coincided with being at work til 8pm, for a reason that makes me angry, which has, in the past, caused me to eat/drink things I am best without. A compilation of some spares in the fridge saved me. So, things I did right yesterday:
Stayed within my calorie limit
Got in my five a day

1305 kcal Fat: 48.35g | Prot: 34.06g | Carb: 157.32g.   Breakfast: Oats, Semi-Skimmed Milk, Co-Op Loved By Us Blueberries, Nutmeg (Ground), Brown Sugar. Lunch: Vitz Drinks Vit Hit Mandarin, Boots Nutritious Melon, Mango and Kiwi, Boots Shapers Japanese Style Salmon & Prawn Sushi. Dinner: Pesto Sauce, Avocados, Cos or Romaine Lettuce, Red Sweet Pepper, Feta Cheese. Snacks/Other: Robinsons Squash'd Lemon and Lime, Red Table Wine, PG tips Tea with Semi-Skimmed Milk & 1 Sugar, Brown Sugar, Twinings Mint Green Tea. more...

Well done Lucy! It's hard to stay in control when strong emotions want to control you. Mike read a book one time that described this as being like having an internal chimpanzee. You told that chimp!
