It was looking dicey yesterday. After costing up what I planned to eat and realising that I was going to go over my calorie allocation, I changed my plans. Unfortunately, this also coincided with being at work til 8pm, for a reason that makes me angry, which has, in the past, caused me to eat/drink things I am best without.
