My renewed interest in dieting is motivated by daughter's upcoming wedding, Nov. 11! I tried on my dress, and to my horror, it is tight in the hips, where I NEVER gain weight. That got my attention. So here we Go! The good news is that I have somehow lost about 4 lbs, so maybe I can keep up my track record.

Thanks for the support, everyone! I just need to get my bootie shaking before dancing at that wedding! The weather is beginning to turn somewhat bearable, so will be out walking dogs tonight and trying for some long distance (without them). Wish me luck :)
