Hi all,

Well, I joined yesterday and of course estimated my weight. When I did a weigh in this morning, I am actually 11lbs heavier than I thought. Huge down arrow. So frustrating. Oh well, now I know what I need to do. :)

If you choose, you can correct your original weigh in number. Of course, this doesn't really change anything, but if you find that big "up arrow" discouraging, you may wan to consider it.

WOW, imagine if we could all lose 11 pounds in a day. Don't get discouraged, just get real motivated.

Pandasmom is right you can fix your historic numbers from your "My Weight History" on the right side bar and selecting "Change my starting weight." That said, we all start somewhere! Never be embarrassed by starting, on this journey you will find many who start it several times.

KangaDr, How sweet... It happens to me as well that I always weigh more than I think but my scale is not digital, I therefore move the scale from place to place in the kitchen to note down the lowest weight. Wish you success...
