No change in weight. Had an evening that involved chocolate chip cookies and milk. Didn't log it. Stress eating. Off to the Okanagan. Mom is in the hospital and is not well. Diet is way at the back of my mind, though I'll still choose decent over junk, but I'll no doubt have some junk too. No logging. May pop in from time to time.
