So far so good. I dropped 19lbs the first week on medi. I know that's a lot of water and this week won't be such a drastic drop. I'm trying to be less neurotic this time on the diet i.e. I allowed myself a sensible dinner at Pollo Tropical on Saturday with my family. This weekend will be a challenge. It's my wife's birthday. We're going out to dinner Friday and Saturday and then Sunday is Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween. I've planned ahead for dinners on Friday and Saturday. Sunday is up in the air. All I can do is try to do my best and if there's not great option I'll just have to get on the stick next week.
