156.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

If it grew, flew, ran or swam then it's ok to eat. Follow that and you WILL lose weight, I can 100% guarantee it. Oh and by the way to all those busting a gut at the gym, it's a fact that you cannot exercise yourself thin. You can only get fit not thin.....Avoid bread, pizza, biscuits, sweets, pudding, pastries, buns, etc.. Eat all meat and dairy of any kind and all fruit and all vegetables and you won't go far wrong. I forgot to mention that if you eat this way you can eat as much as you like, I eat more now than I ever have and it's just impossible for me to gain weight.

Lucky boy, but for us girls of a certain age it's slightly different. Women were engineered to hold on to fat in order to nurture and feed young, men were engineered to be lean mean mammoth fighting machines. However, it does still hold true that fresh is best and I consider myself lucky that I've never really liked junk food. Wine and chocolate, on the other hand . . .
