Going slow, but at least it's going! As long as the scale moves a little bit downward each week, I'm happy. Don't really have a big goal, I think small goals are better, so shooting for first 10 pounds. Then I'll work on 10% of original weight. And so on. Just want to get healthier, not concerned about looks so much, although I kind of cringe when I see myself in a mirror, my starting weight is the heaviest I've every been.
I know I can do it, I've done it before with Weight Watchers. I look forward to feeling better and better.
