Heading back home today. 227.3 this morning. Total loss this hitch of 1.7 pounds. Lots of ups and down this time. The weight is getting harder to drop as I get closer. I'm mostly happy where I am if I don't loose any more but I will keep trying. 16 more days until my 1 year anniversary from starting this journey.

227.3 lb Lost so far: 99.7 lb.    Still to go: 7.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
