R3P2 - VLCD #27
really I've no comments for this weight gain. I can't have decaf coffee or dinner after 6pm.
Today I'll try a correction day, hopefully I won't have an opposite result.
137.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
