I didn't check my ketosis this morning but with all the vodka I had yesterday, I'm pretty sure I'm not burning any fat whatsoever.
Plenty of liquid and water today!
136.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
