So, school has started again and my cortisol levels are up the roof as usual. There isn't enough time in the day to get to all of my responsibilities. It's come to the point where I have to look for a cleaning lady, which is just shameful in my family. But, you have to do what you have to do.

Anyway...

I have continued with my workouts since I currently don't have as many responsibilities as I will have. (Yes, it gets worse. This is just the beginning!) I am continuing also with slimming down my portions at food and trying to eat more green smoothie meals on a regular basis. I think it's helping. It's just time for real motivation. How do I continue working out and stuff during the academic year? I need to make a plan and figure it out. But when!!! I have 12 hour days followed by studying. I might need to make a quick burn workout where I just run or just do a quick strength training each day. I am almost sure that doing the blogilates calendar, though super fun, will not happen anymore. I just need to make adjustments so I can keep working out. And I want to stay committed to lowering my calories even if I don't have time to log. It will happen!

So, to my monthly numbers:

Last month:
August 2016
Weight 163 lbs
Body Fat 38 %
Fat Mass 62 lbs
Lean Mass 101 lbs

This month:
September 2016
Weight 162 lbs
Body Fat 40 %
Fat Mass 65 lbs
Lean Mass 97 lbs

2 weeks of school completely changed my progress! My fat % went up, and my lean muscle % went down. It's backwards, despite all of the work I've done. I really think it's stress. Seriously, this is not a normal lifestyle. I'm glad that I can say, at the very least, that I lost 1 pound.

Yay! 1 pound down!
