I've been out of control. FS seems to be working against me, since after seizing my calories for the day fools me into thinking I can have more ..and no, you shouldnt ..also, "forgetting" about writing down the extra piece you got doesn't make it disappear btw.. u are not tricking anyone :[
108.0 lb Lost so far: 12.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hey, i know how you feel. it's frustrating, right? one thing my behavioralist coach says is "don't be so hard on yourself so much so that you don't get back on track and you get down." He says to remember you deserve this weight loss...you deserve to be as healthy as you can be...and i say, you deserve to reflect, but not to kick 13dias when she's down.

I guess you are right.. after that rant I went straight to the food for comfort and it made it even worse :'(

Hey girl. Sometimes we need those downs to get up right? It is what I try to tell myself too. Can we perhaps decide on what will we both do in order to be in control? I start school again on Monday, and I have been only maintaining and staying on 61.1. I know my period is on its way...But anyways. My end goal has always been 60 kilo, its always like im touching it... But then I fuck it up :D
