#$%&@ feel like i'm trpped in house with all this rain and i have the munchies:( keeping it low carb but but i may go over my1200 calories anyway. trying diversions but it.s not helping. actially think i was on the verge of a weight loss as i really felt hungry too. but with staying home today , i think i blew it. well we will see tomorrow morning.

So far it looks like you're doing ok with the food, hang in there. I just watched our local news here and they said that this storm is really slow moving so you may have a little while longer to go unfortunately, We weren't supposed to get any of it but now it looks like our Labor Day weekend could be a washout. Not good for last minute beach goers or the businesses at the Jersey shore. You'll be back outside soon I hope.
