When is the best time for gentle exercise on IF? I'm fairly new to it and at my weight I don't expect I'll do anything to stress my body too much... I'm just wanting to go for a walk or ride a bike, but burn the most fat. Should I do it in the morning while still fasting, or evening, during the feast?
