Done with Fat Fast. Was hoping for better results but last time I did it, it did speed my metabolism and help me over my plateau so fingers crossed. I felt really weak the last 2 days so not a fan at the moment.

I'm done with it also, but I'm going to keep on LCLC and see where it takes me. Hopefully down/down/down. I felt dizzy a little but otherwise ok.

how often do you do the FF? do you know what is recommended in how much time inbetween normal LC & FF

I think the original fat fast was no more than 5 days. It was recommended to me not too often because of lack of protein. When I did my last one I saw a suggestion of 5g protein twice a day using BCAAs. I did 4 days and loved it. Would like to do again but husband is home on vacation and it makes it harder for me. I'm gonna try to do 5:2 this week....

Every comment I've read on fatsecret people experiencing dizziness. I be sticking watching my calorie intake and will try to lower my carbs a little! Wish you all good luck with whatever diet you choose.

You can research this by searching on Keto Flu the symptoms happen as your body tries to adapt over to feeding your brain with ketones instead of glucose. If you are already on a LCHF diet you don't experience this when fasting. If you do, it is because you were not LC enough to have gone into ketosis.

Thanks everyone for the feedback! I think it's a dehydration issue. Had some pickles and feeling better : ) The thing I love about the fat fast is it makes my stomach feel sucked in/vacuum sealed : )

I think SeanKelly may be on to something re: the keto flu. For me to get into ketosis it took several weeks of feeling like crap and out of sorts. Then when I went out of ketosis for a few weeks and tried to get back in I went through 2 days of headaches. Now, no issues. Good luck and glad to hear it helps to get off a plateau.
