Beachken's Journal, 29 August 2016

Completed swim and bike in Santa Barbara Long Course Triathlon. I missed a turn and ended up adding 3.37 miles to the course. To add insult to injury, I got a flat on the way back in. Passed on the 10 mile run due to time wasted and extra mileage in cycle.
179.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
