Been off track for a couple of weeks now. I feel that my body wants junk.

Probably even gained a few kilos, but i'm not going to go on scales.

And I don't want to know. I still eat on the healthy side and have my water.

Aside from all of that, I feel ok. Some days I am tired. And other days I fine.
